The strategy of the RDFC is to compliment the Comprehensive Business Development Strategy of the region. Since we are an independent Community Development Corporation we must be pro-active not only with our financial strategies but with our outreach strategies.
The RDFC will seek out and strive to support loans that will have a positive impact on the following:
• Minority-owned businesses
• Economically distressed communities in Pittsburgh and throughout Allegheny County
• Women-owned businesses
• Young, innovative entrepreneurs
• Manufacturing and light industry
• Owner-occupied real estate (purchase, renovation construction for commercial purposes)
• Working Capital needs
• Purchase of machinery and equipment |
